Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between Less Code Sp. z o.o. (“Company”, “we”, “us”) and you (“User”, “you”). The Company provides a WordPress plugin (“Software”) available for purchase and download via less-code.com (“Website”).

By accessing the Website, purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Website and Software immediately. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Software.

These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

Access & Availability

The Website and Software are provided “as is” without any warranty regarding uptime, performance, or quality. Access to features or content may be modified or terminated at any time without liability.

Privacy and Data Use

By using the Software, you consent to the collection and use of your personal and non-personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Registration & Payments

When purchasing a license, you agree to provide accurate payment details to our third-party payment processor (Paddle.com). The Company does not store your payment information. All taxes (e.g., VAT, GST) will be calculated based on your location and added to the purchase price where applicable.

Software License

Licenses are non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable. Upon purchase, you are granted the right to use the Software for creating and managing your own and/or your clients’ WordPress websites. A “Client” is defined as a person or legal entity that has contracted you to develop a site using our Software.

You may not resell, redistribute, or share your license key or account access with any third party. Each WordPress installation (including multisite subsites) requires its own valid license.

Software Updates

You are entitled to updates for the duration of your active subscription. Cancelling your subscription or failure to process payments will result in termination of update access. Lifetime licenses are eligible for updates and support for as long as the Software remains under active development.

License validation during updates may transmit license key, domain, IP address, and other relevant information to our servers.

Support Policy

Support is available only to users with an active subscription or valid lifetime license. Requests must be submitted using the email address associated with the license. We aim to respond in a timely manner but cannot guarantee response times.

Payments & Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment methods. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are handled by Paddle.com.

Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of your current billing period. After that, you will lose access to updates and support. Cancelled subscriptions cannot be reinstated—you must purchase a new subscription to regain access.

You may continue using the Software post-cancellation, but we advise against using outdated versions due to potential security risks.

Plan Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan through your account. Changes are prorated and do not alter your billing cycle. Downgrades may result in limited features. Moving from a subscription to a lifetime license is not supported.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, contact us via the Website with your full name and order ID. Refunds are processed through Paddle.com.

Termination by the Company

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Software at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms will fall under the jurisdiction of Polish courts.
