Key notification types

  • Purchase confirmation (to buyer): Confirms the gift card order, includes the code (or states when it will be delivered), and provides order details.
  • Delivery (to recipient): The main gift card email containing the code, balance, personal message, template design, and a link to the store.
  • Delivery confirmation (to buyer): Lets the purchaser know the card was successfully delivered to the recipient.
